This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not contain any third party trackers or advertising. Nothing you type into the estimate form is sent to us by this website.

Who we are

Prime Collision operates a motor vehicle repair facility at 8433 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, Florida. You can reach us at (727) 202-8805, (813) 796-1722 or primecollisionfl@gmail.com.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site has no server of its own, no database and no user accounts. There is no contact form that submits to us, no newsletter and no login.

The estimate form

The estimate form works entirely on your own device. What you type is held temporarily in your browser so that you do not lose it if you switch apps, and it is deleted as soon as you send the message or leave the page. It is stored in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab, and no other website can read it.

When you press Send request, your device opens your own messaging app with the text already written. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. At that point the message travels through your mobile carrier, not through this website, and we receive it as an ordinary text message.

Server logs

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any web host, their servers record standard technical information when a page is requested, such as the IP address, the browser used, and the time. We do not have access to that data in a form that identifies you, and we do not use it for marketing.

Information you give us directly

When you contact us by text, phone, email or Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, telephone number, vehicle details and a description of the damage. We use it only to prepare your estimate, to carry out the repair, to deal with your insurer where you ask us to, and to contact you about your vehicle.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to do the job you have asked for, such as your insurance company, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Repair records are kept for as long as needed to honour our warranty and to meet Florida record keeping requirements for motor vehicle repair. Messages and estimates that do not lead to a repair are deleted when they are no longer useful.

If you contact us, we may reply

If you send us a text message, you are asking us to reply to that number, and we will. We do not send marketing texts or automated messages. If you would rather not be contacted, tell us and we will stop.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing us at the details above. There is no charge and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Links to other sites

The site links to Google Maps and to our Instagram profile. Those services have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
