Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 6 August 2026
We want anyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, or with motion sensitivity. If something here does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it and help you directly in the meantime.
What we aim for
This site was built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is the standard commonly applied to public accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we have done
- Every colour pairing on the site meets or exceeds the AA contrast requirement. The lowest measured is 4.84 to 1 against a 4.5 minimum, and most text is far above it.
- Every image has a written description of what it actually shows, not a filename or a keyword.
- The whole site can be operated with a keyboard alone, including the before and after comparison sliders and the photo carousel, and the focus outline is always visible.
- A skip link lets keyboard and screen reader users jump straight past the navigation.
- Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced out loud rather than only shown in colour.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the opening animation becomes a simple fade, the moving strip stops, the carousel becomes a plain scrolling list, and no content animates on scroll.
- Headings follow a correct order so a screen reader can navigate the page by structure.
- The Spanish text inside the English page is marked as Spanish, so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you than have you find out:
- The before and after comparison is visual by nature. Each image carries a written description of what it shows, and the captions state which is the intake damage and which is the repair.
- The photo carousel moves in three dimensions. It can be operated with the arrow keys, and every photograph and caption is present in the page for a screen reader whether or not it is the one on screen.
